ONLINE FEES PAYMENT

NOTICE TO THE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS REGARDING PAYMENT OF FEES

Dear Parents and Guardians,

               Due to the Pandemic Covid-19 virus infection all over the world, the nation had to lockdown for innumerable days resulting in an economic breakdown of the country. Keeping in mind this economic scenario and based on the notification issued from the Education Department of Govt. of Assam, dated 22nd April, 2020, the management has decided to reduce 50% of the Monthly Tuition Fees for the month of April, 2020 for all the classes from Preparatory to Class XII. 

               Moreover, the management has decided to receive the Annual Re-Admission Fees (exclusive of Tuition Fees for the month of April, 2020) for the session 2020-21 in two equal installments. The management requests the Parents and Guardians to clear the 1st Installment amount along with the Tuition Fees of the month of April, 2020 within 15th of May, 2020 and the 2nd Installment amount along with the Tuition Fees of June, 2020 on or before 10th of June, 2020. Regarding the tuition fees for the month of May, 2020, the management will notify the Parents and Guardians within 15th of May, 2020. (Details of fees are provided in the ‘Pay Fees’ section of the Official School Website www.holyflowerschool.com).

However, willing Parents and Guardians will be able to pay the full Annual Re-Admission Fees, 2020-21, without opting for installment option. In that case, they will have to pay the full Annual Re-Admission Fees, 2020-21 along with the Monthly Tuition Fees (with 50% concession) for the month of April, 2020.

It is for your kind information that even the school will remain physically closed till the school receives any further notification issued from the Government regarding the re-opening of the school, the school has taken steps to provide ONLINE EDUCATION to the students w.e.f. 17th April, 2020, to cope up with the academic curriculum for the session 2020-21. The guidelines to the students are notified in the school website. The teachers are working from home to provide full support to the students in this regard.

IMPORTANT POINTS OF CONSIDERATION FOR THE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:

1.  For the convenience of the Parents and Guardians, the school has introduced ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY to pay fees. They will be able to pay their fees through the official school website www.holyflowerschool.com. There will be some minimal service charges applicable for each mode of payment i.e. Net-Banking, Debit/ Credit Card etc. as fixed by the Online Payment Service Provider (SBI Collect).

2. There will be provision of Payment of ‘OUTSTANDING FEE DUES’ of students for the session 2019-20 in the Online Payment service introduced by the school during the lockdown period which will continue parallally along with Cash deposit/ Card swiping system in the school counter after reopening of the school. The lists of the students along with their due amount are provided in a link in the school website. For confidentiality purpose, the Names of Students are not mentioned in the list. Parents have to check the Class, Section and Roll. No. of the students to check their outstanding due amount.

4.  For the students whose Results of Term II Examination, 2019-20 are kept withheld, it is for their kind information that the school authority has decided that those students whose results are kept withheld and are NOT FEE DEFAULTERS shall be promoted to the next higher classes under SPECIAL CONSIDERATION. It has to be noted that these students have underperformed in the Term II Examination 2019-20 and have failed to secure the pass mark in atleast one subject of all the subjects he/ she has appeared for. The school will take remedial steps for these students. The remedial plan of action will be notified in the school website in the coming days.

5.  The school is solely dependent on the fees of the students for its proper functioning. It would be very generous of you to kindly clear your initial dues before 15th of May, 2020.
